Ingredients

  • Rice 300 g
  • Carrot 250 g
  • Onion 1 piece
  • Vegetable oil 3 tbsp.
  • Cumin 0.5 tsp.
  • Turmeric 0.5 tsp.
  • Ground black pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Water (hot) – 3 cups

A step -by -step recipe for cooking

Grate the carrots on a coarse grater or finely chop.

Peel the onion of the husk, chop.

Turn on the "Frying" mode, heat the oil, pour the onion and fry until golden.
