Humus with tahini and sharp pepper

Usually a popular snack is served with fresh tortillas or simply eaten with spoons. Humus according to this recipe is very sharp, so it should be spread on bread or crackers with a very thin layer. Yellow color gives the dish aromatic curry.

Ingredients

  • Chickpeas (dry) – 2 cups
  • Hot red pepper 4 pods
  • Garlic 2 cloves
  • Tahini 5 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 3 tbsp
  • Olive oil 2 tbsp
  • Curry to taste
  • Salt to taste

A step -by -step recipe for cooking

The chickpeas pre-soak for 10-12 hours.

Change water and cook 2 hours on very low heat.

Remember the chickpe on a colander, and then put it to dry on a towel.

Rinse sharp pepper, cut in half and clean from seeds.
