Prepare the syrup. Boil water in the stewpan, add sugar, mix and warm over low heat until sugar is completely dissolved. Add zest and lemon juice, boil all together for another 5 minutes, stirring constantly.

Remove the boiling syrup from the heat, place Feihoa's slices in it, mix and leave until cooling.

Then put the jam on the fire again and boil for 5 minutes after boiling, not forgetting to stir.

Hot jam from Feihoa pour into pre -sterilized small jars, roll up and, in position upside down, cool at room temperature.
