Vegan cabbage cabins

It is known that the vegans of mushrooms do not eat, so it is impossible to use them in this recipe. Nevertheless, vegan cabbages are still very tasty. For the filling, rice, potatoes and frying are used. Sometimes garlic and fresh greens are added to taste.

  • Rice 150 g
  • Potatoes 300 g
  • Carrots 1 piece
  • Onion 1 piece
  • Vegetable oil 2 tbsp
  • Ground black pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste

A step -by -step recipe for cooking

Prepare the cabbage, cut the stump and lower it into boiling water. Cook, periodically taking out the cabbage and removing soft leaves.
