Cucumbers salted for the winter in banks according to this recipe are not much different from barrels, while they are stored in a city apartment all winter. The cooking process will not take you a lot of effort and time. Cucumbers are tasty and very crispy.

A step -by -step recipe for cooking

Rinse the cucumbers and greens well. Cut large leaves into pieces. You can use not all indicated spices, but only those that you usually take for this kind of conservation (the list of spices is given optionally).

Soak the cucumbers in cold water for several hours, and preferably at night. So cucumbers will become more crispy. Then drain the water and rinse the cucumbers again.

Cut the root root and sharp pepper in small pieces.

Fill in pre -sterilized three -liter banks tightly with cucumbers.

Bring the brine to a boil and boiling the cucumbers in the bank to the very top. Cover the cans with lids and leave for warming up for 10 minutes.
