It doesn’t matter if you tried to prepare a real risotto at least once in your life. This recipe will delight beginners and experienced cooks. And the whole point is that it is simultaneously simple and very original. A minimum of ingredients and maximum pleasure!

Ingredients

  • Pumpkin100 g
  • Rice (for risotto) – 50 g
  • Olive oil1 tbsp.
  • Onion1 piece
  • Garlic1 clove
  • Wine (dry white) – 50 ml
  • Water (or broth) – 250 ml
  • Parmesan (grated) – 25 g
  • Herbs (chopped) – 1 tsp.
  • Butter10 g
  • Salt1 pinch
  • Ground black pepper1 pinch

A step -by -step recipe for cooking

Finely cut onions and garlic, and fry in vegetable oil until transparent.
