Rinse the plums, divide the halves and remove the seeds.

Place the halves of the drain in a bowl for cooking, add sugar, mix gently. Cover the bowl with the blank and leave at room temperature for 5-6 hours so that the plums are allowed the juice.

Then put the bowl with the workpiece on a slow fire, bring to a boil and, periodically stirring and removing the foam, boil for 20-30 minutes. Remove the jam from the heat and cool slightly.
