If you have not yet prepared canned mushrooms for the winter, we will be corrected. I am sharing a proven recipe for pickled honey agarics. The mushrooms are very tasty, instantly fly away from the table! Use only those mushrooms in which you are 100%sure for cooking.

A step -by -step recipe for cooking

Peel the honey mushrooms and rinse under running water. Boil the mushrooms in boiling water for 5 minutes, then throw it in a colander.

Boil water. Add salt, sugar, bay leaf, cloves and fragrant pepper.

Place the mushrooms in the marinade, mix. When removing the foam, boil until cooked, then pour in vinegar.

Using a slotted spoon, remove the mushrooms from the marinade and fill them with sterile banks “over the shoulders”.

Bring the marinade again to a boil, add currant leaves and dill. Boil 1 minute.

Put in the banks on top of the mushrooms on a currant sheet and umbrella, pour boiling marinade.

Close the workpiece and cool at room temperature. The cooled pickled honey mushrooms move for storage in a cool dark place.
