Cut the tomatoes into 4 parts, peel the bell pepper from the seeds and chop coarsely, chop the garlic. Grind the vegetables in a blender or pass through a meat grinder.

Place the vegetable mass in a pan for cooking, add sunflower oil, sugar, salt and ground chili pepper. Boil the mixture over low heat for 20 minutes, stirring so that the mass does not burn.
