Drado is easy and pleasant to bake in the oven, because it does not even need to be disassembled. This fish is most often cooked entirely, having previously gutted it. I share my favorite recipe, for which you will need a few more tomatoes and a comfortable glass form in size of the fish. Everything will take no more than half an hour!
