It is impossible to imagine Chinese cuisine without funchosis - a thin starch noodles, which is also called glass. It is also popular in Korea, Japan and other Asian countries. Funchose is prepared mainly in voca with spices, soy sauce, vegetables, mushrooms, meat or tofu. Also in the recipes, carrots, radish, green onions, pickled peppers and mushrooms of Shiitaka are regularly found.

Glass noodles are easy to confuse with rice, because they are both translucent. The difference is that funchosis does not require long heat treatment - just pour it with boiling water.
